Meet Mervin
My name is Mervin Wilk, and I am a Kinesiologist and Eurythmy Therapist based on Orust Island, on the west coast of Sweden
I live and work close to the sea, where rhythm, movement, and stillness naturally inform both life and practice.
Heart of Mervin is more than a name. It expresses a conscious orientation: to meet Health, Art, Education, and life itself with my whole heart. This is not a sentiment, it is a deliberate and ongoing choice.
Health as a Conscious Choice
One insight has guided my path for decades: Health is a Matter of Choice.
This understanding became a decisive turning point for me in the early spring of 1995, when I began my spiritual health journey. Since then, health has revealed itself not as something to be fixed from the outside, but as a living relationship, between body, emotion, thought, and soul. When awareness and responsibility meet, something essential can realign.
Education, Practice, and a Long Path of Learning
By 2006, after many years of study and inner work, I had completed my education as an Eurythmy Teacher, became a diplomated Eurythmy Therapist and diplomated Kinesiologist, and was initiated as both a Reiki Master and a Sekhem Master. With this foundation, I established my first practice and began working professionally within the school system as an Eurythmy teacher and therapist.
Learning, however, did not end with formal qualifications. For more than twenty years, I have continued to deepen my work in Eurythmy, Kinesiology, and other healing modalities, each one shaping not only my professional competence, but my inner life and understanding of what it means to be human.
Inner Work and Soul Space
Through this long journey, I came to an important realisation: how limited a soul-space I had once allowed myself to inhabit. I met the survival strategies that had quietly guided my life, understood their origins, and gradually learned how to loosen their hold.
This inner untangling marked a threshold. It opened a new direction towards living more truthfully and dedicating myself more fully to Heart of Mervin as a space for conscious and embodied transformation.
Emotions, Consciousness, and Metaphysical Work
In 2024, guided by a long-standing interest in how emotions, thoughts, and perception shape behaviour, I began studying Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK). In December 2025, I became a Certified Practitioner and Instructor in this modality.
Today, EMK forms a central pillar of my work, offering precise and respectful ways to address emotional stress, energetic imprints, and outdated inner patterns, clearing space for renewed orientation and inner freedom.
How I Accompany
With a professional background as a teacher for over 20 years, I bring clarity, structure, empathy, and integrity into my therapeutic work. My approach is grounded and ethical, while remaining open to the metaphysical dimensions of human experience.
Through Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, other kinesiology modalities, Eurythmy Therapy, and healing work, I support processes of release and reintegration. Not to fix, but to accompany. Not to impose, but to listen, until something essential within you begins to move again.
A Place to Arrive
My practice is located in a quiet, old white house just meters from the sea, close to Henån on Orust Island
It is a warm and heart-centred sanctuary, held by nature and silence.
Many clients arrive early to walk along the shore, breathe, and reflect before their session. They come because they feel ready, ready to choose differently, and to meet their own life with greater honesty and openness.
An Ongoing Journey
At 49 years of age, I continue to grow, learn, and expand. Curiosity, devotion to learning, and inner development remain central forces in my life. With a deep love for nature, creativity, and soulful living, I cultivate a space where people can feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
