ABOUT MERVIN WILK
Meet Mervin Wilk
— a whole-person approach.
A whole-person approach.
A personal way of meeting you.
Kinesiologist · Eurythmy Therapist · Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology Instructor
I’m Mervin Wilk, a kinesiologist, Eurythmy therapist and Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology instructor. My work is rooted in a lifelong interest in how we move, feel, learn and meet the changes in our lives.
Through individual sessions, workshops, teaching and mentoring, I offer time to explore what matters to you. I value a thoughtful conversation, practical experience and the small discoveries that can help us find our way.
Based on Orust, on Sweden’s west coast.

THE WAY I WORK
We begin with you.
You do not need to arrive with everything understood. We begin with what you are noticing now and what you would like support with. There is room for uncertainty, questions and your own way of putting things into words.
I explain the approach we are using and what I suggest. Together, we choose a focus and a pace that feel suitable. You are welcome to pause, ask for clarification or choose not to explore something.
I bring my experience and observations into the conversation with curiosity. Your understanding of your own life matters, and we make space for what you notice rather than expecting a particular response.
Before we finish, we reflect on what has been useful and consider a manageable next step. Sometimes that is something to practise; sometimes it is simply a question to carry with you.
My work offers complementary support for wellbeing and does not replace medical care.
A PATH OF LEARNING
Health, art and education have shaped my life.
My personal journey began in 1995 with a growing interest in health, spiritual development and what it means to live more consciously. Over time, that inquiry became a path through movement, therapeutic work, teaching and continued study.
My own inner work has helped me recognise patterns that once limited how I met life. It has also taught me patience: understanding can develop gradually, and change needs room to take its own form.
For more than twenty years, I have worked in education, Eurythmy and human development. Teaching and mentoring have deepened my attention to the individual: how someone learns, what supports confidence and when a different perspective can help.
Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) has become an important part of my practice and teaching. It sits alongside Eurythmy Therapy and my longstanding interest in the relationships between movement, emotions and lived experience.
MY WORK TODAY
How these threads come together.
Individual sessions
In Kinesiology, I work especially with Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK), bringing together conversation, gentle muscle testing and balancing techniques to explore emotional themes. Eurythmy Therapy works through guided movement drawn from speech and music, with exercises adapted to the individual and time to rest.
Flower essence consultations offer space to reflect and choose a personal blend. My Nutrition & Herbal Check-Up combines several Kinesiology approaches, including the Lebowitz Method, to explore responses within an energetic framework. Muscle testing is not a medical diagnosis or a way to establish nutritional deficiencies.
I also offer Animal Balancing for dogs, horses and cows, drawing on Animal Kingdom Kinesiology. The animal’s everyday life and your observations as their carer are part of the conversation, alongside appropriate veterinary care.
Learning and growing together
Teaching remains close to my heart. My workshops bring people together through movement, reflection and practical exploration, including Eurythmy as social and artistic expression, therapeutic wellbeing and flower essence making.
I teach Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology in person on Orust, in groups of no more than six. You may be working towards a professional career, adding skills to another therapeutic practice or learning for yourself and your family. We build understanding through explanation, demonstration and plenty of practice.
My mentoring supports Eurythmy teachers, Kinesiology practitioners and Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology students. Alongside lessons, techniques and professional questions, there is room for your wellbeing and your own development. For teachers, this includes artistic practice and teaching materials. I also offer Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology practitioner recertification.
