Professional Mentoring
Individual appointments are currently paused, with reopening planned for 2027. You can view future availability on the booking page.
I offer individual mentoring for Eurythmy teachers, Kinesiology practitioners and Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology students. A welcoming space to explore your work, strengthen your skills and care for the person behind the professional role.

How I work, and what mentoring can offer
Mentoring is a space to pause, share what is happening in your work and look at it together. You may arrive with a particular question, a lesson or session that felt difficult, or an idea you would like to develop. There is room for uncertainty here, as well as for the things that are going well.
I begin by listening. Together, we choose what would be most helpful to focus on and make time for both reflection and practical work. I share observations, ask questions and offer suggestions for you to explore in your own setting. Your experience matters, and our conversation helps you find an approach that feels true to you.
This can offer a fresh perspective, greater confidence in your choices and a more manageable way forward. Sometimes a small adjustment is enough to make the work feel clearer. At other times, we may need to explore a question over several meetings, allowing time to try things out between sessions.
Before we finish, we gather the ideas you would like to take into practice. In a follow-up, we can return to what you have noticed, recognise what has helped and adjust what still needs attention. The aim is to support your independence and professional judgement as your work develops.
Eurythmy Teacher Mentoring
Drawing on my experience as an Eurythmy teacher and therapist, I bring together artistic exploration and practical support for teaching. We can work with lesson planning, teaching methods and the questions that arise when meeting a particular class or age group.
You are welcome to bring a lesson plan, a piece of music or speech, a spatial form or an exercise you would like to develop. We explore how the material can become a living experience for your pupils, with attention to the rhythm of the lesson and the needs of the group. Help with choosing and adapting resources is part of the work. You receive a personal portal login for the materials we use and discuss together, so you can return to them when preparing and reflecting.
We can also look beyond a single lesson: how themes develop through the school year, what you notice in the pupils’ responses and how you guide the group through moments of restlessness or hesitation. Collaboration with musical accompaniment and colleagues, or finding words to share the purpose of Eurythmy with parents, may also be part of our conversation.
Alongside the lesson itself, we make room for your wellbeing as a teacher. How are you feeling in your work? What helps you feel present, and where do you need more rest, support or space for your own artistic practice? These questions belong in mentoring too. We can explore preparation, daily rhythms and boundaries that help you meet your teaching with greater steadiness.
There is also room to consider your direction as a teacher: the strengths you want to develop, an artistic project or workshop you would like to shape, and how to explain your work clearly in your setting. We turn ideas into a few realistic next steps, with time to try them and reflect. I welcome both newly qualified and experienced Eurythmy teachers. We begin with one session, then agree on the next steps and spacing of meetings individually.
Once we have arranged your Eurythmy mentoring session, you can prepare with the first Eurythmy Teacher Mentoring intake form. For later meetings, use Your Development as an Eurythmy Teacher to reflect on what you have explored since our last session.
Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology Mentoring
Whether you are still studying Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology or already seeing clients, mentoring gives you time to bring learning and practice closer together. We can revisit a technique, work through the sequence of a balance or explore a point in a session where you felt unsure how to continue.
We may look at how you listen, explain your approach and help a client understand what to expect. Consent, professional boundaries and recognising the limits of your role are part of this work. Please keep any client examples anonymous.
There is also room to consider your direction as a practitioner: the strengths you bring, the areas you would like to develop and the kind of practice you hope to build. We can explore how to describe your work in your own words and choose learning priorities that fit your experience and interests.
I welcome Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology students and qualified kinesiologists from different modalities, within my areas of expertise. We begin with one session, then agree on further support individually. We can discuss suitable resources during our meeting; please bring your own relevant course materials.
Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner Recertification
For certified Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology practitioners preparing for renewal, I also offer a dedicated recertification session. This combines a practical demonstration with individual mentoring, giving us time to review your skills and discuss questions from your practice.
The two-hour session includes 60 minutes of practical demonstration and 60 minutes of individual mentoring. My session fee is 1,900 kr; the separate practitioner renewal administration fee is paid to By The Bay Kinesiology®.
Visit the recertification page for preparation, renewal requirements and how to arrange your session.
