The Wellbeing Workshops at Heart of Mervin are experiential, heart-centred gatherings designed to restore balance, resilience, and inner clarity in everyday life. They are created for people who sense that something deeper is needed than advice, information, or surface-level techniques, people who wish to feel change in their bodies, emotions, and inner orientation.

These workshops respond directly to the stressors most commonly seen in clinical and therapeutic practice today: emotional pressure, mental overload, anxiety, fatigue, disturbed sleep, and a gradual loss of inner rhythm and vitality. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, the work addresses the whole human being , body, soul, and spirit in a grounded, practical, and respectful way.

Drawing on Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK)Eurythmy Therapy, and years of professional experience in therapeutic movement, education, and healing arts, each workshop offers a safe, structured space where awareness can deepen and change can arise naturally.

What the Wellbeing Workshops Are

The Wellbeing Workshops are practical, embodied wellbeing experiences, not lectures, performances, or purely theoretical teachings.

Each workshop focuses on a specific aspect of wellbeing, such as stress, anxiety, vitality, emotional balance, sleep, self‑worth, or inner stability. Participants are supported in understanding how emotions and life experiences are held within the body and energy system, and how movement, awareness, and rhythm can restore coherence.

The guiding principles are: 

  • Awareness rather than analysis: learning to listen to the body’s signals
  • Embodiment rather than technique: integrating insight through lived experience
  • Integration rather than intensity: creating sustainable, gentle change

No prior experience in kinesiology, eurythmy, or healing work is required.

What You Will Experience

During a Wellbeing Workshop, you are guided through a rich yet gentle combination of practices, carefully chosen to support regulation, clarity, and integration.

Practical Eurythmy Therapy Exercises

You will experience simple, accessible Eurythmy Therapy movements that support rhythm, grounding, nervous system regulation, breathing, and energetic flow. These exercises are adapted for wellbeing contexts and can be performed standing or seated. Movement becomes a language through which the body can reorganise itself from within.

EMK‑Based Awareness and Insight

Through EMK principles, you gain a clear, non‑technical understanding of how emotions, stress patterns, and life experiences influence physical health and the energetic system, without analysis or diagnosis.

Self‑Healing and Self‑Regulation Tools

You are introduced to practical tools drawn from kinesiology and holistic wellbeing practice that support calm, balance, emotional resilience, and inner stability.

Natural and Supportive Remedies

The workshops work with gentle, natural supports commonly used within EMK wellbeing contexts, including:

  • Colour and visualization
  • Breath and sound
  • Affirmations and imagery
  • Rhythm and ritual
  • Grounding and centering practices

Reflection and Connection

Abundance – Releasing Lack Mentality

The next Wellbeing Workshop takes place on 14 March 2026, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, at Heart of Mervin, Söbben 124, Henån.

The workshop is intentionally priced to be accessible and inclusive.
As part of the workshop, each participant receives a personally prepared balancing spray, created during the session and aligned with the Abundance – Releasing Lack Mentality theme.

Beginning the year with awareness, movement, and inner orientation can shape how the months ahead are lived, not through effort or force, but through conscious choice and embodied presence.

This half-day workshop is dedicated to restoring balance, clarity, and inner stability through practical exercises from Eurythmy Therapy and Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™.
