Abundance Begins
with Inner Alignment
A community based wellbeing workshop for releasing lack mentality & restoring trust, flow and inner stability
Releasing Lack Mentality & Cultivating Inner Prosperity
The Abundance Wellbeing Workshop is a 3,5 hours, community-based wellbeing experience exploring how patterns of lack, contraction, and stress around money, value, safety, and self-worth can be gently recognised and met with greater clarity and balance.
Rather than approaching abundance as something to force, visualise, or achieve, this workshop explores abundance as a state of inner alignment, one that naturally emerges when the nervous system, emotions, and sense of direction are supported to settle, soften, and reorganise.
This workshop offers a grounded, experiential approach drawing on practices from Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK) and Eurythmy Therapy, integrating body awareness, reflection, gentle movement, and practical wellbeing tools.
