The pathway to becoming a practitioner of Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology has a fixed price in Australian Dollars, which is adjusted every two years.

In contrast, the price in Swedish Kronor is updated annually based on the exchange rates between the two currencies.

Course Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. The non-refundable deposit and administration fee are only refundable if the Instructor cancels. Once we receive your written cancellation notice, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance or ‘no-shows’.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance: The non-refundable deposit and administration fee (AU$250 / SEK 1,500) will be forfeited, but the remaining balance will be available for a refund.

There are no refunds and no transfers to future events or courses, regardless of your personal circumstances, including health, finances, life events, travel, natural disasters, or any other issues, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Swedish Consumer Agency for events.
Heart of Mervin makes every effort to run the Kinesiology Courses on the scheduled dates. However, we reserve the right to cancel any event if there is insufficient enrollment (i.e., fewer than four students). In the event of a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded or can be transferred to a future date. Additionally, Heart of Mervin reserves the right to reschedule any module with prior notification.
