This package includes three in-depth sessions, each lasting 75 minutes, designed to explore the hidden connections within your body. The focal point for these sessions is to unlock pathways to balance, clarity, and renewal. We will work to clear deep layers of stress, identify and release emotional blockages, and restore the energetic flow that may be impacting your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Using Kinesiology and other acknowledged healing modalities, I will guide you through a transformative process towards a healthy equilibrium for body, mind and spirit.
Session 1: Thesis – Discovery
In this foundational session, we will explore key aspects of your physical and emotional well-being, personal history, and future aspirations. Through this deep dive, you may begin to notice subtle shifts—physically, emotionally, or energetically—as stagnant energy starts to release. Many participants experience this session as a powerful catalyst for inner change.
Session 2: Antithesis – Expansion
Building on the insights gained from Session 1, we will evaluate your progress, address any emerging concerns, and explore what has been revealed. This session provides the space to recalibrate, soothe lingering stress, and deepen your understanding of root imbalances, allowing you to align more closely with your goals.
Session 3: Synthesis – Integration
By this point, you are likely experiencing a noticeable transformation. Outdated patterns may be dissolving, and your external world may start to reflect your renewed internal state. This final session is designed to anchor the shifts you have made, clarify your path forward, and support long-lasting, empowered change.

It is required to complete all three sessions within six months of the initial appointment. Please note that late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a deduction from your sessions.
This therapy is effective both online and in person.
