Make room for a quieter mind

When thoughts keep racing ahead, it can be difficult to notice the here and now. You may find yourself replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions or worrying about things outside your control. Mind Chill offers a gentle space to pause and explore what helps you feel more present.

Together we explore the difference between what needs your attention now and what can wait. The focus is on noticing your own patterns with kindness, reconnecting with your body and finding small ways to support a steadier everyday rhythm. You do not need to arrive feeling calm.

What to expect from Mind Chill

  • A calm welcome and an introduction to the workshop theme.
  • Guided reflection on worry, overthinking, self-trust and returning to the present moment.
  • Simple Eurythmy-based movements and body-awareness exercises.
  • Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology-based wellbeing practices adapted for a small group.
  • Grounding and present-moment practices, with time to choose a manageable next step.

You can take part at your own pace, with seated or standing movement options and time to rest. Sharing is optional; you are just as welcome to listen and reflect privately. No previous experience of Kinesiology or Eurythmy is needed.

One step at a time

We will explore how to recognise when attention has moved into “what if” thinking, and practise gently bringing it back to what is happening now. You might choose a grounding pause, a kinder way of speaking to yourself or focusing on one task rather than everything at once. You will record a realistic next step in your personal commitment-to-self action list.

Take these practices into everyday life at a pace that feels manageable for you, without expecting every thought to become quiet.

Inspired by the Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshop series developed by Denise Robinson, founder of Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology™. I bring these themes together with my own experience in Eurythmy-based movement, reflection and education.
