Individual sessions booked through Bookly are covered by the booking terms displayed there.

These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

2. Orders and booking confirmations

Please check the product, dates, participant details and contact information before completing your purchase.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order or booking by email. The confirmation includes details of your purchase and the applicable terms. Please contact us if any information is incorrect or you do not receive your confirmation.

For courses and workshops, the description provided before purchase sets out the content, dates, times, venue or online format, any entry requirements and what is included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including applicable VAT. Any shipping charges and other costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

You may use the payment options offered at checkout. Availability may depend on your country, device and the payment provider’s assessment.

Payment is due when ordering unless a different payment schedule is expressly stated before purchase.

For the 2027 in-person Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology courses, the registration deposit is SEK 1,500 per two-day course or SEK 3,000 for the complete four-day Meridian course, including VAT. It forms part of the total course price of SEK 5,400 or SEK 10,800 respectively. The remaining SEK 3,900 or SEK 7,800 is invoiced separately through Spiris and must be paid directly to our business bank account no later than 14 days before the first course day. The exact due date is shown on the product page. The balance is not automatically charged to your card. Online booking closes 14 days before the first course day; from that date, call +46 73 920 73 59 to ask about remaining places. Any booking agreed 14 days or less before the start must be paid in full immediately. The cancellation fee below is not an additional charge on top of the course price.

4. Right of withdrawal for courses and workshops

When booking at a distance, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date the contract was entered into. This period runs from the booking; it is not counted backwards from the course start date.

No cancellation or administration fee is charged when you validly exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the activity begins during the withdrawal period, we will separately ask you to expressly request that it begin. If you subsequently withdraw, a proportionate charge for the part already provided may apply, provided the legal information and consent requirements have been met.

Certain leisure activities on specific dates may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. If an exemption applies, we will clearly inform you before purchase. A fixed date or an online format does not, in itself, mean that a course has no right of withdrawal.

5. Cancellation of courses and workshops

The following applies when the right of withdrawal has expired or does not apply. Please notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing by email, giving your name, booking number and the activity concerned.

When you cancelCourse moduleWorkshop
More than 14 calendar days before the startSEK 1,500 per two-day course; SEK 3,000 for the complete four-day Meridian courseSEK 250 cancellation fee
14 calendar days or fewer before the start, or non-attendanceUp to the full module priceUp to the full workshop price

The deadline is calculated from the activity’s advertised start time. For a course module with several sessions, the first session of the module determines the deadline.

Fees must represent reasonable compensation for preparation, costs and any lost income. Saved costs and the possibility of filling your place will be taken into account. The fee will be reduced if the compensable loss is lower and will never exceed the booking price. You may request an explanation of the calculation.

If an unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstance, such as illness making participation impossible, prevents you from attending, we will assess the situation individually under the applicable consumer rules.

Any remaining amount paid will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation charge has been determined.

There is no automatic right to transfer payment to a future activity. Please contact us to ask about rescheduling or transferring your place to another person.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by these booking and cancellation terms and will always be honoured in accordance with applicable law.

6. If we cancel or change an activity

Courses normally require at least four participants to run. Any minimum number for a workshop is stated in its description.

If we cancel, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled activity, including the registration deposit. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to a new date. A transfer will only be made with your agreement.

If we change the date or make another substantial change, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel the affected activity and receive a refund of the corresponding payment.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation or your notification that you do not accept the change.

Please contact us before making binding travel or accommodation bookings. Any claims for compensation for such costs will be assessed under applicable law.

7. In-person and live online participation

The venue, times and practical information are stated in the activity description and booking confirmation.

For live online teaching, you need an internet connection and a device meeting the technical requirements stated before purchase. Information about the platform and how to join will be sent before the activity begins.

Please contact us immediately if you experience connection problems. If teaching cannot take place because of technical problems on our side, we will offer a solution, such as a replacement session or a refund for the part that cannot be delivered.

Recordings are included only where expressly stated. Course materials are for your personal use and may not be distributed or sold without permission.

8. Delivery of products

We deliver physical products within the EU. Available delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Normal delivery time within Sweden: 1 week
Normal delivery time to other EU countries: 2 weeks

You may also choose free collection from the clinic at Söbben 124, Henån. Please wait until we tell you your order is ready and arrange a collection time with us.

We are responsible for the goods until you, or someone you have appointed, receive them. Please contact us in the event of delay, loss or damage in transit.

If delivery is delayed, you have the rights provided by law, including the right to require delivery and, where the legal conditions are met, to terminate the purchase.

Failing to collect a parcel is not, by itself, notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase. Please contact us if you wish to withdraw from your order.

9. Right of withdrawal and product returns

You normally have 14 days to withdraw, starting on the day after you receive the goods. If several items in one order are delivered separately, the period normally begins when you receive the last item.

Notify us before the withdrawal period expires. Then send the goods back no later than 14 days after your notice.

You pay the direct return shipping costs when withdrawing from a purchase. Pack the goods carefully and keep proof of postage.

You may inspect the goods as necessary to assess their characteristics and function. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for diminished value, provided you have received the required information about the right of withdrawal.

Opening packaging does not automatically end your right of withdrawal. Any exemptions, such as sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, will be applied only where the legal conditions are met and you were informed before purchase.

10. How to notify us that you wish to withdraw

You can use our Withdraw from a purchase function without logging in. Enter the purchase details and your receipt email address, review your notice, then select Confirm withdrawal. We will promptly email you a receipt containing your notice and the date and time it was received.

Contact us at heartofmervin@gmail.com, by telephone or by post. Please include your name, order number and the purchase concerned where possible. You do not have to use a particular form.

You may use the following wording:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods or service:
Goods/service:
Order number, if available:
Order date:
Date the goods were received, if applicable:
Name and address:
Date:
Signature, only if this notice is sent on paper:

11. Refunds following withdrawal

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. For goods, we may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

If you withdraw from the entire purchase of goods, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

We will use the same payment method as for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fee will be charged. Any permitted deduction for diminished value or services already provided will be handled as described above.

12. Faults and complaints

Please contact us if a product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order. Describe the problem and include your order number where possible.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about faulty goods for three years from receipt. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the fault; a complaint made within two months is always considered timely.

Depending on the fault, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the purchase. We pay necessary return shipping costs for faults for which we are responsible.

Please also contact us if a course or workshop differs from what was agreed, so that we have an opportunity to resolve the problem. Your rights regarding faults are not affected by the cancellation terms.

13. Personal data

We process personal data to handle orders, payments, deliveries, participation and legal obligations. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first if you are dissatisfied.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), provided it meets the Board’s criteria. You may also obtain guidance from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) or the European Consumer Centre for cross-border purchases.

Swedish law applies. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection to which you may be entitled in your country of residence. Disputes may also be heard by a competent court.

15. Changes to these terms

The version of these terms in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase. Later changes will not apply retrospectively.
