Eurythmy Teacher Mentoring Journey
Space for your teaching. Support for you.
Teaching asks you to bring many things together: artistic imagination, thoughtful preparation and a living response to the pupils in front of you. This Journey offers a welcoming space to pause, explore your questions and develop your work with continued support.
Five individual follow-up meetings give us time to build on our initial mentoring session, try ideas in your teaching and return to what you discover.

We begin with your experience as an Eurythmy teacher. You may bring a lesson that felt difficult, a particular class, an artistic question or an idea you would like to develop. You do not need to have everything worked out before we meet.
I welcome newly qualified and experienced teachers. Together, we choose a focus that feels useful for your teaching, your stage of development and the time you have available.
Your teaching, explored together
Drawing on my experience as an Eurythmy teacher and therapist, I bring artistic exploration and practical support together. We can look at lesson planning, teaching methods and how to meet a particular age group or class.
Bring a piece of music or speech, a spatial form, an exercise or a lesson plan. We explore how the material can become a living experience for your pupils, with attention to the rhythm of the lesson and the needs of the group.
We can also consider how themes develop through the school year, collaboration with musical accompaniment and colleagues, or how you explain the purpose of Eurythmy to parents. Choosing and adapting suitable resources can be part of our work.
Five meetings, with time to put ideas into practice
Build on your initial meeting
Each follow-up begins with what you have noticed since we last met. We can stay with one question over several meetings or adjust our focus as your teaching develops.
Try, notice and refine
We turn our conversation into a few realistic next steps. Between meetings, you have time to try an exercise, adapt a lesson or observe a classroom rhythm. Then we reflect together on what helped and what still needs attention.
Resources you can return to
Your personal login to My Learning Space gives you access to the materials we use and discuss together. You can revisit them while preparing lessons and reflecting on your work.
Before a follow-up, you can use Your Development as an Eurythmy Teacher to gather your observations and questions. Please keep examples involving pupils or colleagues anonymous.
Care for the person behind the teaching
Your wellbeing belongs in this conversation too. We can explore preparation, daily rhythms, boundaries and space for your own artistic practice—what helps you feel present, and where you need more rest or support.
There is room to consider your direction as a teacher: strengths you want to develop, an artistic project or a workshop you would like to shape. My aim is to support your independence and professional judgement, with manageable steps that fit your setting.
At our final meeting, we reflect on what you have explored and discuss what would be useful next: continuing independently, allowing time for practice or considering further support.
Your five-session Journey · 4,795 SEK
Five 60-minute follow-up mentoring appointments, online via Zoom. Available in Swedish, Norwegian or English, according to your preference. The Journey includes individually agreed reflection or practical work between meetings and access to the materials we use together.
Save 1,205 SEK compared with five separately booked follow-ups at 1,200 SEK each (6,000 SEK). I offer this special price to make continued support more accessible for teachers who wish to give time and attention to their development.
Who the Journey is for
This Journey is for Eurythmy teachers whose initial Eurythmy Teacher Mentoring appointment took place within the 12 months before their first Journey appointment. The initial appointment is booked separately and is not one of the five follow-ups.
Complete your five follow-ups within six months of your first Journey appointment. We agree on a useful rhythm for your meetings, allowing time to explore between them. Classroom visits are arranged separately and are not included in this online Journey.
Payment and appointment changes
Full payment of 4,795 SEK is due when purchasing the Journey. Choose the Eurythmy Teacher Mentoring Journey under Package Journey on the booking page and complete your purchase online. You’ll receive a confirmation email; then sign in to My Learning Space to choose your first appointment and book the remaining sessions when you are ready.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. A later cancellation or a missed appointment counts as one used session. If illness or an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me promptly; I review exceptional circumstances individually.
If you have unused sessions near the end of the Journey period, contact me before it expires to discuss a possible extension. Extensions are reviewed case by case.
If I need to cancel, you receive a replacement session at no extra cost. It does not count as used, and I will extend the Journey period if needed. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Appointments are planned from January 2027. Each online appointment takes place via Zoom, with meeting details provided for your booking.
