Refund and returns information
You can use our Withdraw from a purchase function without logging in. Enter the purchase details and your receipt email address, review your notice, then select Confirm withdrawal. We will promptly email you a receipt containing your notice and the date and time it was received.
Our cancellation, withdrawal, refund and returns arrangements for courses, workshops and products are set out in our Terms of Purchase, effective from 1 November 2026.
