These terms apply to Wellbeing Workshops booked with Mervin Wilk / Heart of Mervin. Read them together with the workshop description and our Terms of Purchase. Kinesiology courses and physical products are covered separately.
Your workshop
The advertised 2027 Wellbeing Workshops take place at Söbben 124, 473 91 Henån, Sweden, on Sundays from 09:30 to 13:30. Each workshop has a maximum of five participants and includes a personal balancing spray. Check the product page for your chosen date, theme and practical information before booking.
Price, enrolment deposit and balance
The total workshop price is 650 kr per person, including 25% VAT. Pay a 250 kr enrolment deposit when booking in the shop. The deposit forms part of the total price.
The remaining 400 kr is paid by Spiris invoice directly to our business account, no later than 14 days before the workshop. The exact due date is shown on the product page and invoice. The balance is not automatically charged to your card.
Online booking closes 14 days before the workshop. After that, call +46 73 920 73 59 to ask about available places and arrange your booking directly.
Booking confirmation
Check your workshop, date and contact details before paying. A booking contract is formed when we confirm your order or booking by email. Contact us if the confirmation is missing or incorrect.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
For a distance booking, you generally have 14 days from entering into the contract to withdraw. This period is counted from the booking, not backwards from the workshop date. No cancellation or administration fee is charged when you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Certain leisure activities on specific dates may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. If an exemption applies, we will clearly inform you before purchase. A fixed date alone does not establish that an exemption applies.
If an activity begins during the withdrawal period, any request to begin early will be handled separately with the information and consent required by law. Ticking the workshop-terms checkbox does not waive your statutory rights or request early performance.

Cancellation after the withdrawal period
These cancellation rules apply when the statutory right of withdrawal has expired or does not apply. Please notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing to heartofmervin@gmail.com, with your name, booking number and workshop.
More than 14 calendar days before the workshop starts: the cancellation charge is 250 kr. Any remaining payment is refundable, subject to the reasonable-cost provisions below.
Exactly 14 calendar days before the workshop, fewer than 14 days, or non-attendance: the charge may be up to the full workshop price of 650 kr. There is no automatic right to transfer payment to a future workshop. The deadline is calculated from the advertised start time.
Charges must reflect reasonable preparation costs and lost income. Saved costs and the possibility of filling your place will be taken into account. The charge will be reduced if the compensable loss is lower and will never exceed the booking price. You may request an explanation of the calculation.
Unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, such as illness preventing participation, will be assessed individually under applicable consumer rules. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation charge is determined.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by these booking and cancellation terms and will always be honoured in accordance with applicable law.
If we cancel or change the workshop
If we cancel, we refund the full amount paid, including the deposit. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to a new date. A transfer is made only with your agreement. Any minimum number of participants is stated in the workshop description.
If we change the date or make another substantial change, we will inform you. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel and receive a refund for the affected activity. Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation or your notification that you do not accept the change.
Please contact us before making binding travel or accommodation bookings. Any claims for those costs will be assessed under applicable law.

Please read the workshop description and booking confirmation for practical information and what is included. Materials are for personal use and may not be distributed or sold without permission. Recordings are included only where expressly stated.
Contact us if the workshop differs from what was agreed so that we can try to resolve the issue. Our general Terms of Purchase also explain complaints, refunds, personal data and dispute resolution. The terms in effect when you book apply to your booking; later changes do not apply retrospectively.
