Begin with the foundations of muscle reflex testing and the Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology approach. This practical two-day course offers a welcoming place to explore Kinesiology for personal learning and is the first step towards practitioner training.

- Dates: 8–9 May 2027
- Time: 09:30–17:30 each day (Sweden local time).
- Format: in-person training with Mervin Wilk.
- Venue: Heart of Mervin, Söbben 124, 473 91 Henån, Orust, Sweden.
- Group size: maximum six participants. Courses normally require at least four participants to run.
- Prerequisites: None. Beginners are welcome.
- Included: 70+ page colour training manual and guided practice.
What you will learn
- Muscle reflex testing in standing and lying positions, indicator changes and pre-checks.
- Circuit locating, challenging, retaining mode and jaw stacking.
- Listening skills, client connection, goals and context for a balance.
- Emotional Stress Release, willingness statements, connection points and age recession within the Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology framework.
- An introduction to essential oils, crystals, colour, sound, flower essences and affirmations.
- Self-testing and guided practice of a complete mini Kinesiology balance.
Training and assessment
Learn through explanations, demonstrations and supported practical exercises with fellow participants, with space for questions and individual guidance.
- 16 hours of live training + 11 hours of independent learning = 27 proficiency hours.
- Written and practical competency requires a 75% pass mark.
- Complete six case studies, plus an online multiple-choice assessment.
- Certificate of Attendance: 16 hours. Certificate of Proficiency: 27 hours once all requirements are met.
You receive a personal student portal login for online course tests, study information, session sheets and films. A Certificate of Proficiency requires successful completion of all assessment requirements.
Course fee and payment
Total course fee: SEK 5,400 including VAT.
You pay only the enrolment deposit of SEK 1,500 including VAT when booking online. This payment is part of the total course fee, not an additional charge.
The remaining SEK 3,900 will be invoiced separately through Spiris, for payment directly to our business bank account using the payment details on the invoice. The balance must be paid no later than 24 April 2027, 14 days before the course starts. The remaining balance is not automatically charged to your card.
Online booking closes on 24 April 2027. From that date, please call Mervin on +46 73 920 73 59 to ask whether a place is still available. Any booking agreed 14 days or less before the course starts must be paid in full immediately.
Travel, accommodation and any remedies you choose to buy are additional. The final six-week online Practitioner Certification Training Program with Denise Robinson is booked and paid for separately and is not included in this purchase.
Booking terms and withdrawal
If you cancel more than 14 days before the course starts, the cancellation charge is SEK 1,500 per two-day course (SEK 3,000 for the complete four-day Meridian course). For cancellation 14 days or less before the start, or non-attendance, the charge may be up to the full course price. Charges are subject to the reasonable-cost and mandatory consumer-law provisions in our Terms of Purchase.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by these booking and cancellation terms and will always be honoured in accordance with applicable law.
